The short version

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You are charged when you place your order, everything is encrypted, and we never see or store your full card number.

How your payment travels

Your payment is handled by trusted third-party providers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your full card number goes straight to the payment provider and never touches our systems, which is exactly how it should be.

The moment you are charged

Payment is taken when you place your order; that confirms it and lets us start preparing it. If a payment does not go through, the order is not confirmed and we will let you know so you can try again or pick another method.

Prices, plainly

Everything is priced and charged in US dollars (USD). The full amount, including any applicable taxes and fees, is shown before you complete your purchase; no surprises after. Should a clear pricing error ever slip through, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, with our apologies and a little embarrassment.

Your confirmation

A confirmation email lands in your inbox within minutes of a successful order. Nothing there? Check spam or promotions, then email support@boutiquefabulous.com and we will sort it.

Billing hiccups

Double-charged, charged without a confirmed order, or something looks off? Email support@boutiquefabulous.com; we investigate every genuine billing question. Pending authorisations that never complete are usually released by your bank within a few business days.
