Shipping Policy
The short version
Shipping is free on every US order. We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days, delivery takes another 4 to 8 business days, and you get a tracking link the moment it ships. Questions? Contact us any time.
When your order leaves us
Every order is picked and packed with care within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, public holidays excluded). Place your order before 5:00 PM ET on a business day and we start on it the same day; after that, or on a weekend or holiday, we begin the next business day.
On its way to you
Once your parcel is on the road, delivery anywhere in the United States usually takes 4 to 8 business days. All in all, most orders arrive within about 5 to 11 business days of checkout. These are honest estimates based on how our carriers usually perform, not guarantees; a busy season or rough weather can occasionally add a day or two.
Following along
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to you. Give the first scan up to 24 hours to appear.
Where we deliver
We currently ship within the United States, including most US territories. International shipping is not available yet; if that ever changes, you will read it here first. Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse at 333 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139, USA.
A quick word about addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. If an order comes back to us because of an address issue, we will reach out and arrange reshipment together. Caught a mistake right after ordering? Email support@boutiquefabulous.com as fast as you can and we will try to fix it before it ships.
If something goes sideways
Tracking stuck for days, or a parcel that arrived worse for wear? Email support@boutiquefabulous.com. We will take it up with the carrier and put it right, whether that means tracing it, sending a replacement, or refunding you. See our Return & Refund Policy for damaged-item details.
