Return & Refund Policy

The short version

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery, returns are free, and it all starts with one email. We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item back.

Our promise

We want every parcel to feel like a little gift to yourself. If a piece is not right, sending it back should be painless, and it is.

The 30 days

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, counted from the day the tracking says it arrived, so you always get the full window.

What we can take back

Items should come back unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags attached and in the original packaging where possible. We cannot resell pieces that show wear, washing, alteration, perfume, smoke, or pet hair, so those cannot be refunded. For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as earrings or intimates can only be returned unopened, unless they arrive faulty; where this applies, it is noted on the product page.

How it works, step by step

  1. Email support@boutiquefabulous.com with your order number, the item, and a quick note on why.
  2. We reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
  3. Pack the item, stick on the label, and drop it off.
  4. As soon as it reaches our warehouse and passes a quick check, your refund is on its way.

Please always email first; do not send anything back on your own. Returns without a label from us cannot be tracked and may not be refundable.

Your money back

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. We will email you the moment it is processed; your bank may need a few extra days to show it. Return shipping is on us, so nothing is deducted.

Sizing swaps

Want a different size or colour? The fastest route is a return for refund plus a fresh order, so you are never waiting on stock. Unsure about sizing before you reorder? Ask us, we love helping with fit.

If we got it wrong

Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered? Contact us within a reasonable time at support@boutiquefabulous.com with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or a full refund, shipping included, at no cost to you. This never limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
