For orders outside of Massachusetts we ship Priority Mail. For orders within Massachusetts we ship First Class Mail. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 days of placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns can be made on any items you are not satisfied with. Please notify us first before shipping anything back. You can contact us at 1-617-864-0656 or webstore@boutiquefabulous.com and we will be happy to assist you.

After notifying us simply return the merchandise back to us (address listed below). Customers are responsible for return shipping to Boutique Fabulous.

  • Upon receiving the merchandise back and it is in satisfactory condition, we will...
  • Option 1: Refund your payment in the form of a check, less the amount of shipping and a $5 restocking fee.
  • Option 2: Issue you a gift certificate in the mail for the full amount, less the amount of shipping and a $5 restocking fee
  • Option 3: Credit your paypal account, less the amount of shipping and a $5 restocking fee

  • Option 1: email us a picture of the broken item, webstore@boutiquefabulous.com, upon authorization that we received your picture, dispose of the damaged merchandise.
